Questions about an order or product on my site? Please email me at elysemarie@littlewingsdesigns.com.  I typically answer emails Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm EST. If you are emailing in regards to a web order or a wholesale order, I will return your email the following business day. Otherwise, I try to answer all other inquiries within 72 hours of receiving them.

Order Fulfillment

Many of the Littlewings Designs products are crafted on a made-to-order and made-to-measure basis. Given the breadth of products offered by Littlewings Designs, the production time-frame varies greatly from item to item.  Each product has an individually listed production estimate within its description. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order with a completed estimate for your products.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email. All orders within the domestic United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Goods sold internationally will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail unless otherwise requested.

In the event that a particular leather for your order is out-of-stock or has been discontinued, you will be notified via the email you provide. We will then proceed in one of the following ways:

  1. The item may be made in a different and available color/material per the customer's approval.
  2. The item may be substituted for a different item of equal value.
  3. The value of the item will be refunded, and any remaining items within the customer's order will be added to the production schedule.

Domestic & International Shipping

Littlewings Designs is happy to ship to whatever nest you may call home. Please note that shipping charges and times vary greatly for different destinations, and plan accordingly. Domestic orders within the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Orders shipped internationally are shipped via First Class International Mail. Please email us if you would prefer faster international shipping and insurance, and we will happily work with you to accommodate your shipping needs.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information when they make their purchase. Littlewings Designs is not liable for goods returned or lost in the mail due to any errors in address information, including those for gifts or international orders. Please be sure to include the correct delivery information with your order!

Tracking & Insurance

When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number and delivery estimate for your package. Please know that should your shipping address be for an apartment in a major metro area (NYC, LA, etc.) and your package is too large for your mail box (bigger than an envelope) you will be required to sign for your package. This helps to prevent packages being lost or stolen in between delivery by the USPS and your return home!

Grand Rapids Pick-Up and Delivery

We offer free local pick-up at our brick and mortar showroom, Parliament the Boutique, in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. We also deliver within the city of Grand Rapids for a small fee- drop us a note and we'd be happy to help!

Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of Littlewings Designs products, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully for individual sizing guidelines for each item, and PLEASE don't hesitate to email if you have any questions about size and fit. If you are located in West Michigan, I am also happy to schedule an appointment to meet in person for a fitting at the Littlewings Designs showroom, Parliament the Boutique.

If you receive an item and it is the wrong size, please contact us at elysemarie@littlewingsdesigns.com and we will try to work with you. Due to the handcrafted, limited availability and made-to-measure basis of many of our goods, there are some items that cannot be exchanged, such as bespoke shoes, belts, etc. We will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability by either placing a new order into our normal production schedule for the correct size, replacing the product with a different available color or material, or offering store-credit towards a different item.

All exchanges must be pre-approved, UNWORN/UNUSED, and returned with the following:  all original packaging, dust-bags, tags, and a copy of your receipt.

Littlewings Designs does not accept exchanges on goods that have been worn or used. No exceptions.

Holiday & Event Gifting

We love the holidays and special events at Littlewings Designs, so we want to make them easy and lovable for you too! Via our team with Parliament the Boutique and Studio, we're happy to help with your gift list needs for friends, family, clients, and co-workers, and offer gift-wrapping services during the holiday season. We even do free monogramming ! Since everything is handcrafted, timing is a factor- let us know sooner rather than later, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
